Haskins Bay Fly-In Shop – Terms and Conditions

By placing an order in our shop, you agree to our terms and conditions. 

Print on Demand

Haskins Bay Fly-In utilizes a print-on-demand (POD) service to fulfill shop orders. This means that once you place an order, it is sent to our printers who then print the product and ship it directly to you. We do not carry inventory nor do we handle product ourselves. 

Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the printing and fulfillment of your order, prior to shipping. 

Product information, such as stock status, material description, etc. is current at the time of publishing but may be subject to change without notice. 

Customs/Duty/Import Fees

Orders may be printed and shipped at various fulfillment centers in different locations. This means your order may be subject to customs, duty or import fees, depending on the shipment origin and destination. We do not have control over where orders are printed or shipped from. 

Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to pay any additional fees that may apply. These are generally paid to the shipping provider at the time of delivery. 

Shipping

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Our POD suppliers will utilize various shipment methods based on the item and where it is being printed. Please provide a physical address for your order. If you have a P.O. Box, you may provide that in the second address line. However, a physical address is required in case FedEx or Purolator are used.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on where the order is printed and fulfilled.

Once fulfillment is complete, estimated shipping times to Canada and the United States are between 2-6 business days. Please allow extra time if your item needs to clear customs.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

Misprinted, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please send a description and photo of the issue to info@haskinsbay.com within 20 days of the delivery date. This will allow us to start a claim with the printers within their deadlines. You will be refunded for anything deemed to be the fault of the printer.

Items Not Delivered

If you have not received your order within 20 days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at info@haskisnbay.com so we can start a claim with the printers.

Wrong Address, Unclaimed, or Rejected Items

Any orders returned to the printers due to an incorrect address, being rejected at delivery, or going unclaimed within the required pick up period will NOT be refunded or exchanged. If you would like to have the item reshipped to you, you will have the option to do so. Reshipments are subject to additional shipping charges. 

Size/Colour Exchanges

If you have received your item and would like to exchange it for an alternate size or colour, please reach out to us at info@haskinsbay.com. As our printers do not offer direct exchanges, you will have to ship the product to us at your cost. We will then provide you a coupon code to use to re-order the item from the shop at no cost. Please utilize the size charts provided by the printers prior to your order to minimize the need for exchanges.  

Intellectual Property

Haskins Bay Fly-In is the owner of all intellectual property and materials published rights throughout the site. The works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. Use of any logos, designs, or our name is prohibited without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Liability

Haskins Bay Fly-In shall not be liable  in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), bodily injury, or expenditure of any kind whatsoever which may take place by the customer.
